Hannah has battled adrenal fatigue and been plagued by a lot of pain in her body whilst juggling 2 children, family life and a business.

How much time do I need to invest?
About 75 minutes of learning a week during the 6 week immersion.
After the 6 weeks, the membership is designed for you to go at your own pace, so how much time you invest is up to you. Most members devote an hour or so a week to their growth.
I'm a technobphobe. Will I be able to work it out?
The mastery and the membership are super easy to navigate.
You can do the sessions on a phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You will need to use Zoom and the rest we can walk you through.

I'm on medication. Is what you offer safe to use alongside it?
If you have been prescribed medication for a health condition, you can still use the mastery and membership. We can advise you personally should you have any particular concerns. In fact, this should amplify your healing.
